I work alongside an incredible team of models, and one of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that, beyond professionalism and discipline, for a team to truly function, it's essential to trust each other and spend quality time together. Every time we escape from the daily routine for a weekend in the mountains, I realize just how much we need those moments to connect with each other as people, as women.

We work in a very dynamic field, with many photo shoots, events, and constant preparation. It’s a wonderful job, but also quite demanding. That’s why team outings are moments when we are no longer “models” on set, but just colleagues—people who relax and get to know each other better. Our trip to the mountains gave us exactly that: peace, fresh air, and the opportunity to completely disconnect. It allowed us to get to know each other beyond the “job” and strengthen our relationships. We learned how to communicate better, support each other authentically, and truly appreciate one another.
