We assure you of total fairness and transparency in our collaboration: we’ll help you set up a legal company with which we will sign a fair collaboration contract, respecting your rights, without any hidden terms.
The collaboration agreement we will sign is completely legal, fair for both parties and offers you the advantage of paying only 1% of your income in taxes, once every three months, as income tax. This way, most of the income remains in your pocket.
The end of our collaboration can be decided by either parties, without any non-compete or exclusivity fees, as you have probably encountered while working with other studios. We want fair and transparent collaborations.
up to 70% of earnings
We have been practicing in the video chat industry for over twelve years and we rely on healthy values that guarantee us long-term collaborations with our models. Your earnings can be up to 70% from revenue and will be paid bi-monthly. Furthermore, for earnings over 5000 USD in a period, we guarantee a 60% percentage, but the percentage increases proportionally with the hours logged, and you are not required to work a specific number of hours online. You work as much as you want, and you take time off whenever you want.
We exclude from the start the offshore or Summit payments (as you probably know that it is practiced in other studios), and you won’t even sign any copyright agreement with us, which usually include subtle clauses that force you to rethink any ending to the collaboration. We treat every relationship with our models on a personal level, with fairness and equity.
Flexible work schedule
The work schedule is flexible, giving you the opportunity to choose one of the two shifts available from Monday to Friday: the day shift or the night shift. You have the freedom to set your schedule according to your preferences, without being limited by a minimum number of hours online. You can work whenever and however much you want, while respecting the starting time of the shift for each.
Moreover, models who manage to reach the performance target of $5000 before the end of the 14-day period, between the 1st-15th or 15th-31st, will benefit from a guaranteed 60% share, regardless of the hours worked. Additionally, the quicker you reach the $5000 mark, the more free time you can take until the end of the period, as the number of hours logged is no longer a limiting factor. Alternatively, you can choose to accumulate more online hours to achieve a 70% share of your earnings. At Lourdes Studio, we always value the dedication and performance of our models, and believe that they need free time to recover.

We support and encourage you. We offer you professional and internationally awarded TRAINING, developed by Lourdes herself - a model with excellent performances. We’ll make sure you’ll learn all the details, “secrets” and tricks to help you earn thousands of dollars. You will have a PERSONAL TRAINER who will be with you on the road to success in those first three months of collaboration. After this very important period in your progress as a video chat model, you can be assisted whenever you wish, so that you never feel alone when you need support.
A safe job - 4000 RON guaranteed
We ensure you a total fairness and transparency in our collaboration, so that you have a generous and safe monthly income. We guarantee a MINIMUM INCOME of 4000 RON in the first three months, regardless of your winnings, so that you won’t have to worry about money in the beginning. We guarantee you will earn this amount because we rely on our trainers experience, who know how to adapt to the character and personality of the beginner model, so that the receipts reflect the desired amounts.
Holidays, bonuses, contests
As a videochat model, you will earn a lot of money, but bonuses and vacations will also be part of your daily routine. We offer bonuses to the top 5 models in the studio as follows: $500 for 1st place, $400 for 2nd place, $300 for 3rd place, $200 for 4th place, and $100 for 5th place based on their earnings.

I also can’t forget the excitement we shared over the years and I fondly remember the remarkable performances we enjoyed together in our wonderful video chat studio in Bucharest.
I have always perceived Lourdes as a true mentor, as a leader, a strong woman with a very big soul, who knew how to be a great friend simultaneously. My professional story with Lourdes Studio started 7 years ago, as a model that needed support. I was already in the field for 2 years, but my experience until then was nothing more than a model forgotten in a room ... later, from the position of trainer I would find out that this is a common situation among models. At that time, I had no idea in whose "house" I was received with open arms. Because that's exactly how I felt: I was offered support, attention, dedication, involvement and all the necessary support for me to move forward, to develop, to grow. It was not an easy journey, but there was always someone with me to support me in finding the best solutions regardless of the situation. After several years of experience as a model, I became a Lourdes Studio trainer and then I became even more aware of the work and involvement behind a successful model. I also try (and I say I succeed), to give the models the same feeling of involvement and "home" that made me stay in this team. I want our models to find in me more than a trainer, to be a friend with whom I feel free to share their thoughts.
