Trainers’ thoughts about
the experience of working at Lourdes Studio
My professional story with Lourdes Studio started 7 years ago, as a model that needed support. I was already in the field for 2 years, but my experience until then was nothing more than a model forgotten in a room ... later, from the position of trainer I would find out that this is a common situation among models. At that time, I had no idea in whose "house" I was received with open arms. Because that's exactly how I felt: I was offered support, attention, dedication, involvement and all the necessary support for me to move forward, to develop, to grow. It was not an easy journey, but there was always someone with me to support me in finding the best solutions regardless of the situation. After several years of experience as a model, I became a Lourdes Studio trainer and then I became even more aware of the work and involvement behind a successful model. I also try (and I say I succeed), to give the models the same feeling of involvement and "home" that made me stay in this team. I want our models to find in me more than a trainer, to be a friend with whom I feel free to share their thoughts. I feel the greatest satisfaction as a trainer when I see that the models I help succeed in achieving their goals; I am glad to know that I also participated in their development, professionally and not only. I'm part of Lourdes Studio and Lourdes Studio is part of me! :)
I joined the Lourdes family as a make-up artist, not knowing much about this field, and the atmosphere and passion I found here convinced me that I also want to be a model. Later I became a trainer of the top models and I am very proud of what I do. Lourdes Studio is my second home, the place where I always return with pleasure and where I am welcomed with open arms. The path to success is not always easy, but with perseverance and involvement it is guaranteed, and that's what Lourdes Studio is all about. The Lourdes concept is the reason why I would never practice in this field, elsewhere than here, at home!
I am Cristina and I have been a part of the Lourdes Studio team since 2017. I have always liked being behind the spotlight and taking part in creating a woman’s image, ever since I worked as a make-up artist. At Lourdes Studio I have found a community in which I was able to do this at a much higher level, having the opportunity to be closer to women who want a career in this industry. I say opportunity because it is truly special to be next to a model, beginner or not, with whom to share your knowledge with because I strongly believe in the “girl power” concept, in women who support each other and reach excellence and financial independence together.

I’m Lourdes and I have built success from the both sides of the “fence”: as a model who has succeeded the performance of winning $71529 in a single month and as the owner of a studio who has developed a business strategy that annually records over fifty appearances in the top video chat models with the highest revenues on the international platform Jasmin.
I started working as an independent video chat model in 2007, in Germany, where I lived for a long time, for 25 years. In 2012 I decided to return to Romania to open a video chat studio. It was a brave step for me, but I felt motivated by the women around me who wanted to become financially independent.
Another equally important reason why I decided to open a video chat studio was the fact that throughout my career as a video chat model, I often felt alone in my day to day activities. I’m sure many independent video chat models have encountered the feeling. I wanted to be able to share my experience in the video chat industry with other models, to make friends in the same field, to work together in a video chat studio and to share the same interests. I think power comes from “together”!
I launched the video chat studio with two models who have never worked in the video chat industry before, so I had to pause my video chat model activity to guide them step by step, on their way to success. I realized over time how important training is in a video chat studio, which must be offered not only to our beginner models, but also to those who have seniority and who, unfortunately, did not have the opportunity to go through professional training. I discovered how much it suits me and how much I like being a trainer; I developed the ability to mould a successful video chat model without influencing their personality too much.
Starting then I knew that I would focus on quality and not quantity, which is why I spent many months with the models who joined our team, making available for them all my knowledge and “tricks” I accumulated over time, for them to become a top video chat model.
In the last eight years, we have managed to build more than a team - we built a fortunate family. During this time, I returned several times to the video chat model activity, a choice that gave me even more confidence in the decisions I would make during our trainings.
The most beautiful moment in my modeling career was in 2014, when I managed to earn the fabulous sum of $71.529 after 380 working hours in a single month, 320 of them being spent in private video chat sessions.
I proudly admit that at least half of our video chat models have had amazing achievements, reaching over 50 appearances in the top video chat models with the highest earnings on the Jasmin platform. In fact, wherever one of our mesmerizing #lourdesmodels appears, the success comes too. We have obtained many top places on the Streamate & CamContacts platforms and last but not least, the newest and more significant winnings on the premium platforms BongaCams and Stripchat. the experience of working at Lourdes Studio
I started my activity as a video chat model in the Lourdes Studio eight years ago, in a pretty difficult period of my life, but with the help and support of the Lourdes Studio team I easily overcame those difficulties. Although, at first, I didn’t know what to expect and what my future would hold, Lourdes made sure to guide me throughout the years and be a true friend for me. She taught me how to use my emotions and fear in my favor. She supported me and assured me that I would succeed in everything I decide to do. I am very happy to have joined this team and, at the same time, I am most happy to have an evolution based on the wonderful experiences I’ve lived! I admit, it was hard for me at first considering my age and the fact that it was a new industry for me, but I had help at every step, and those emotions and experiences made me become the strong woman that I am today.
In addition to the huge amounts of money I earn each month, I also had the opportunity to visit so many wonderful and exciting places and that is all thanks to the competitions that the studio organized and that I won - shootings in impressive locations, things I would not have thought possible for me to experience. I have won awards that have brought me wonderful experiences and I am grateful that Lourdes has always believed in me.
I say this with confidence and a lot of love: Lourdes helps you fulfill any dream and grow as a person, no matter the period of your life you find yourself in. Regardless of the situation, Lourdes and my colleagues will support you constantly and will be there for you when you need it! I am proud of the woman I have become and my strong character, stronger than ever!For me, Lourdes Studio is more than a video chat studio. From the moment you step into the studio for the first time, you can see the professionalism and attention given to every detail by all team members. I felt comfortable and protected, guided with every step - like I had next to me a parent who only wants what’s best for me. That was the feeling that Bianca, my trainer, left me with. I am grateful to have met the right people who have shaped me as a successful model and woman. I was aware that I first needed to refine and understand my femininity so that I could then become a successful model. Lourdes took care of all aspects of my training and I can’t thank her enough for that!
I’m Evie and I’ve been a Lourdes model for 2 years, although I started as a make-up artist. Seeing how much professionalism is put in by the entire team in the evolution of their models, I decided that I also wanted to be a model, under the guidance of a special woman who herself has been a successful model in the past - Lourdes. Now I am in the midst of the process, a beautiful evolution both as a woman and from a financial standpoint, being independent at only 21 years old. Without them I wouldn’t have made it and I would have found myself stuck in the society’s stereotypes, stopped dreaming and stagnated. I am Vivienne Ruth and I am proud to be a part of the Lourdes Studio. Ever since I chose to excel in this industry, I have been motivated and inspired by our top models. I am Elenya and I’ve been a part of the Lourdes team for almost 5 years now, last 3 of those years I spent as a Lourdes Academy model. The decision to choose this job came at a time in my life when I wanted financial freedom and so much more. Looking back to what my life looked like before I made this decision, I can honestly say that I never thought I would become a video chat model, but I never regretted making this choice.
