I want to thank everyone who put the effort into writing down their experiences and emotions about their path in this industry. It’s very appreciated!
When I came up with the idea to not just answer this question myself, but to have a real insight into our industry for any beginner who is interested in the industry, but also give my girls the chance to tell their story, I did not expect it to come out AS beautiful as it did. I say this because I remember when they first joined our team, it was quite different. I am truly happy to see that so many have discovered the bright and positive side of this industry, not just the challenging and maybe sometimes disappointing parts. You can rest assured that every other domain has its own disadvantages and struggles.
But two things make the difference in our industry:
- Women's empowerment and the financial independence that comes with it - being probably one of the highest-earning domains.
- It’s possibly THE ONLY domain that teaches you about the human brain and its behaviour in the most authentic and real form. Probably not even a psychologist has the chance to experience human feelings and thoughts as real as we do.
For my part, I can say that I’ve only developed and benefited from it, as challenging as it has always been. Once again… I thank my #lourdesmodels and our Lourdes Trainers very much for trusting me and putting their trust in our concept and our team.
